AMC TV and Halloween

I like holidays and that includes Halloween.  But is Halloween a real holiday?  Anyways, what's also great about Halloween (besides brisk cool air, fallen leaves, and Oktoberfest) is the 30 nights of Frightfest on AMC TV.  Ask anyone who really knows me and they will tell you I HATE scary movies.  I will not see a scary movie in a theater at all; not even in the daytime.  But AMC has the cheesiest  horror movies--- from the 80's,  90's, and even the 2000's.  Where else can you see a young Jen Aniston  act horrifically in Leprechaun or every cheesy made-for-tv movie from Stephen King?  But I will say this-- I LOVE the Halloween franchise!  Me, a case of cheap beer, and a marathon off all things Michael Myers-- and I'm happy!  (with the exception of Halloween III--really??).

So the big question- what will I be for Halloween this year?  Elisa wants to be the E-TRADE babies, an idea I am not a fan of.  It's Tuesday and we have until the weekend to decide.  If anyone actually reads my posts, please give me some ideas!!!

  1. Roberto and I will be going as....Frankenstein, and the Bride of Frankenstein.
Maybe go with what you enjoy...from the Haloween movie franchise. You can go as Michael Myers and Lisi as a nurse from the psych ward trying to capture you? Or she can play a victim (a la Jamie lee Curtis' character).

  2. Elissa...you are brilliant. the E-Trade baby thing was a friend's idea and it would have been fun if all four of us were (you know, walking around nyc in big diapers there's safety in numbers) doing it, but alas. I love your idea. xoElisa
